1. Our educational service
UPDELEDStudy.in is an independently operated educational platform for UP D.El.Ed. students. We provide free study material on this website and paid Semester Exam Kits through app.updeledstudy.in.
The paid kit may include Comprehensive Notes, Quick Revision Notes, Visual Revision Notes, Audio Revision Notes, solved previous-year papers, solved MCQs and MCQ tests for the selected semester, as described at checkout.
2. Account and access
Students sign in with a verified mobile number. Keep your mobile number and access private. A student account is intended for one learner and one active device session at a time. Sharing, copying, recording, redistributing or commercially using paid material is not allowed.
We may limit or suspend access where there is unauthorised sharing, fraudulent activity, an attempt to bypass access controls, or a breach of these terms.
3. Purchase, price and validity
Each purchase is for one Semester Exam Kit. The final price in Indian Rupees is displayed before payment. After a successful payment is verified, access to the selected kit is normally activated on the student account linked to the mobile number used for login.
Each paid Semester Exam Kit is valid for one year from successful payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The detailed pricing and access information is available on our Pricing & Access page.
4. Digital content and intellectual property
All text, notes, tests, visual material, audio material, branding and platform content belong to UPDELEDStudy.in or their respective rights holders. Paid resources are supplied for personal study only. Resources are view-only unless a resource is expressly marked as downloadable.
You may not reproduce, sell, publish, upload, share via groups or channels, or create derivative commercial material from our paid content without written permission.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment provider. We do not store your card, UPI PIN or other sensitive payment credentials. Before paying, please read our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
6. Educational disclaimer
Our material is designed to support preparation. It does not guarantee examination results, admission, marks, employment or any official outcome. Students should verify official notices, syllabus changes and examination information with the relevant authorities.
7. Changes and contact
