1. No physical shipping
UPDELEDStudy.in sells digital educational access. We do not ship books, printed notes, CDs or any other physical product. Therefore, there are no delivery addresses, courier charges or shipping timelines.
2. How digital delivery works
After a payment is successfully verified, the selected Semester Exam Kit is activated on the student account connected to the verified mobile number used to sign in at app.updeledstudy.in. You can then open the purchased resources inside the app.
3. Delivery timing
Access is normally available immediately after payment confirmation. In rare cases, payment confirmation may take a short time. If access is not visible after a reasonable time, contact us with your registered mobile number and order/payment reference.
4. Access period and downloads
Each purchased Semester Exam Kit remains accessible for one year from successful payment. Resources are intended to be read, viewed, listened to or practised within the app. Downloads are not provided unless a particular resource is clearly marked as downloadable.
