Delete your account in the app
If you can access the UP DELED Study app, sign in and open Settings. Under the Account section, choose Account delete करें and confirm the request. This deletes the account immediately.
Request deletion without the app
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email support@updeledstudy.in with the subject UP DELED Study Account Deletion Request.
Include the WhatsApp mobile number registered with your account. For your security, do not send an OTP, card number, UPI PIN, CVV or password. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request is from the account holder.
What is deleted
After deletion, we remove or anonymise your profile information, verified mobile number, selected semester, study progress, recent-study activity and active app sessions. Any active Semester Exam Kit access is revoked. The account cannot be restored.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited purchase or payment transaction records where required for accounting, fraud prevention, security or legal compliance. These records are not used to restore account access after deletion.
Request handling time
In-app deletion is completed immediately. Email deletion requests are reviewed after identity verification and are normally completed within 30 days.
