When you use our website or student app, we may collect your name, verified mobile number, selected semester, purchase and access records, study activity within the app, device/session information and messages you send to us for support.
We do not ask for or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or internet-banking password.
2. Why we use this information
We use the information to create and protect your account, provide the selected Semester Exam Kit, activate access after verified payment, prevent unauthorised account sharing, respond to support requests, improve the learning experience and meet applicable legal obligations.
3. Payments, OTPs and service providers
Payments are processed by Razorpay or another authorised payment provider. OTP delivery may be handled through a messaging service provider. These providers process information only as needed to complete their service and under their own policies. We share only the minimum information required for payment verification, OTP delivery or platform operation.
4. Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies and secure session data to keep you signed in, remember your verified session and protect the platform. We do not use them to sell personal information.
5. Sharing and retention
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate payments, OTP delivery, hosting or security, or where disclosure is required by law.
We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for access, support, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance.

You may request correction of your basic account information or ask questions about your data through our Contact Us page. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. Never share an OTP, password, card detail or UPI PIN with anyone.
